"Americanization" of Indian Youth's

Today we lost our identity before corporate and American well far-ism. Our modern Indian youths are ready to track American politics and American President election but not interested to track Indian socio- economic- political condition.India's 21th century youth's view about society was completely null. Its article to show case Americanization impact on Indian youths. What young Indian wants? what real young India must know? What young India can change? Across all class from upper , middle to lower the attitude of youths are same but approach different.

Young India Wants:

Stable & Less corrupt government: They want stable & corruption less government but they are ready to break law with bride. If they pay bride for there unlawful activity its rite but, When it takes place in large scale they hate the system.

Better colleges & Universities: Every one wants world class Infrastructure colleges and universities more liked to control-less environment. Better quality wanted but every institute must admit them with under table fees. They are not ready to rise there standard but only environment as to developed.

More Job Opportunities: All have common attitude that more luxurious and high wages jobs wanted. How money come no problem they want only ample amount to spent. They never care for its temporary job r not everything they want only high fetching jobs.

Freedom To Enjoy Life: 24*7 complete meaning of there life but no one ready to care for even one on next door. They want there life alone to be more fun and enjoyable its completely a western culture. No long term view about society or surrounding.

Freedom To Love: Today basic understanding of love changed ,American love culture today influencing entire our Indian youth. Everyone likes to catch the hand of lover but not ready to break caste, religion & discrimination.

Everyone want there life to be as they wish but never come forward to break such social obstacle. Americanization of Indian society were responsible for social isolation of Indian gen x. We cant take in American culture into closed conservative  Indian society will never break social backwardness with in the people. So we need to understand social root and  be within our society if we need to change our society. Its easy to speak radical views but difficult to bring in conservative society like India.

Misleading 2G Auction and 2G Scam!!!!

After supreme court cancelling 122 telecom license, government went for re-auction. Policy and rules changed in auction as par as present situation 22 license sold at around 10,000 crs. Immediately ministry, government and UPA started to jump that CAG report was fault, its impossible to get 1 lak crore, its failed auction, Telecom industry damaged by false propaganda. all etc etc matters can be reviewed from comparing past and present 2G allocation.

Key Point to Note:

2008 Indian tele density 30 crs, now its 75 crs.
In 2008 telecom industry on a boom but now its on stabling pace.
2008 Indian GDP growth was 9% now its around 6%.
2008 first come first serve basics but now auction.
2008 2G was the technology advancement but now 3G on boom moving towards 4G.
CDMA was a outdated technology.
2008 UPA was strong but now there is a political instability.
More over court has charge sheeted on license issuing only but not about money.
Only 22 license issued if all sells at same price also it comes around 50,000 crs. its the lowest amount CAG quoted.

Many speaks about customer were one affected by auction method, but its government who left control of call price determination to company. There is huge difference between 2008 license issuing and present auction. some malicious people spread false propaganda that 2G scam is a false.

When there is huge contradiction between past and present....how can you except same amount quoted by CAG. Its rubbishes to compare with past and present situation. Please be aware friends dnt get wiped out by false propaganda.

Corruption In India: "An In-depth view"

In Present time understanding of corruption was just a overlook about a multi-level crime involved in such activity. We will take indepth view about corruption and analysis root cause of such crime. In analysis of corruption we divided Indian history pre and post liberalism period. Everyone would know what's corruption? and What happening around you in corrupted government?. Let these article be first of such kind to look up into grass root reason for corruption. More over the article is not pin point a scam and explain, since all such scams comes under same category.

Pre & Post 1991-Liberalism Period:

In pre 1991 period many people used to criticize about license raj for its weakness in Bureaucratic corruption. Instead of changing or monitoring license raj, they abolished it. Today even without license raj bureaucratic corruption takes place with a subsidiary attachment of large scams. If we some up pre 1991 period scams amount it would around 50,000 - 60,000 crs (it would around 30 scams approx.) but in post 1991 period the no of scams and scam amount reached over 20 times more than in pre liberalism period. In nut shell there is huge difference between pre and post 1991 period, then there would be a special reason for such a mighty change. Its none other than change of economic policy from planned, socialist economy to market, new liberalism economy. In simple words problem arises due to switch over to capitalism.

Nexus Mantra:

After opening up market to liberalism & market economy, the competition between Indian and MNC companies increased to multiple level. So big corporate companies and MNC tried to extend there sectors to large extent, so they need political power and bureaucratic support. Majority of scam and huge amount spindle scam are openly a product of nexus. There are two type nexus which laid by Richie & company. First type nexus between richie or company and political parties r leaders r members. the second major nexus would between richie or company and Government official or bureaucracy.

Majority of parties get huge ransom of money from every corporate offices for election expenditure. When the government comes to power, they makes policy, tenders, law and rules in favor of money providers. Tertiary requirement of richie or company are satisfied by government officials. These type of crony capitalism gave rise to larger scams. we big list of crony capitalist matters in Indian post liberalism period.

Reason For Nexus:

All way after liberalism the rise in competition between company's made them too fight for acquiring control over resource. They want low investment cost and earn huge profit, so companies put government in to there pocket to act in favor of them. the government in return favor them with low interest loans, free lands, tax exemption etc. Ultimate of all major corruption was that profit that huge corporate earn, to make it happen same percentage paid to Ministers, parties and official as bride. Many organization and people openly speak about corruption, which so called parties, ministers and officials got as bride. No one in India ready to speak about the profit earned by capitalist, company & richie due to such scams & corruption. Only way such huge corporate companies were protected by government  are with generating employment & investment. They are hiding a huge matter behind simple reason employment.

Scheme's Ample Nation:

India always has ample amount of scheme in every sector, but no one to monitor r implement. If  a scheme failures there is no analysis r rectifying the scheme, just introduce a new scheme in its place. Since new schemes give them a percentage of share from top level to lower level political administration. Another major looters from such scheme's are bureaucrat's and government officials. When benefits of such schemes reach grass root people it reduces to peanut size from apple size while introducing.

No End to Corruption?

Until market oriented economy and capitalism remains no end to corruption, it may take new forms rather reducing. As nation getting more capitalist oriented no of scams & corruptions will increase and amount to will rise. Until transparency in government policy making even control would be impossible. My fellow citizen corruption takes place in background of wrong economic policy, first try to uproot it rather than merely wiping out small sparks of dust.

An Eye Opener: Mixer of corporate & business was major responsible for political and government becoming more corrupt. It is must that business kept out of political and government influence spheres.

Indian working class youths::"Eye opener About Liberalism"

21st century working class youth has lost consciousnesses about there rights and duties. Change in Indian economy after 1991, led to change in attitude change of youth born in New liberalism period. If of all no under standing of basic economies and power of working class. Its a article to be eye opener for 21 century youth and working class people.

What is today's Impact of New Liberalism?

Floating Market: Change in economic structure at post 1991 period created enormous floating market were youth from village moved to city in search of job. Instead of building village economy new liberalism policy concentrated more on urban sector. Only 10 out of 100 moving out of village gets into organized job remaining everyone enter into unorganized job.

Temporary Job: If we take lost 15 years all sector moving into temporary job market rather than permanent job. There is a different Permanent job and temporary job. Permanent job provides more security fr employees but temporary are safe only for capitalist.in temporary job a mercy of ur job at hands of ur superior. Today u make be inside the company but tomorrow u may be out.all IT sector people float in these category.

Unorganized sector: Large section of migration people moving from rural India to urban India were employed in the unorganized sector. This migrant people were the major target in unorganized sector, they were cheaply exploited for cheap labor. New liberalism policy emphasis more on unorganized sector working class youth than other forms.

Cultural Depletion: Working class youth today as more ways to spent rather than to save money. Post Liberalism period brought in a huge cultural change in the society. Majority of the youths get victimized to consumerization and capitalist mode. Its major activity in which working class youth of 21th centaury were isolated from society and concern for social cause.

Low Wages: Everyone in private sector to public sector phase this challenge. Some miscalculate that there earnings are better than others (especially Software eng.) but its nominal pay which they get compared with all other sector class people. If we put rough calculation about per hour salary based on how many hours you work it will be equal for both mason and IT professional.

Demolishing Trade Union Movement: Trade union movement was a major reason for change in working class people condition throughout the world. In post liberalism period its has became key agenda of private firms that no Trade union in factories. 21th centaury youth were totally unaware about power of trade union movement. IT sector must be first major sector which has to be brought under trade union; its the place were billionS of profit at present spindle with low wage labor.

Unemployment: Capitalism and Liberalism can never bring 100% employment opportunity. It produces more unguaranteed jobs than permanent jobs. It will keep even vacancy in company but never allow 100% employment. Its indirect process to keep wages at lower rate. Situation will force unemployed people to get involved in low wage work.

Bonded & Contraction: new forms of slavery were a youth forced to work for the company against his will, since he signed a bond during the period of joining. Most unemployed people fall victimized to such circumstances, since there is no other go than this. Company exploit such people with day and night, after bond through them out like waste paper.

No Working Hours: In pre liberalism period there is strong law  to enforce strict working hours, but in post liberalism there is no defined working hours for any employees. In many circumstances Workers and employees work like a machine without proper work time.

EX: A EMPLOYEE WORKS IN BPO FOR 10hrs A DAY AND EARNS ONLY 7000rs. That to temporary job all above matter can be seen here.....it's spread in all sector.....try to plough it with raise of trade unions

Eye Opener: you're not paid for What you have done?, but you are paid for What you need? .  Friends and my fellow working class people calculate what youre doing for company and what return in you e'arn. If you summarizes all ur working hours, salary, allowance etc. surely you would find that your exploited for low wage. There is difference between your need and you have done. What you done earns company profit and also by paying you what you need also brings profit to company. It doesnt mean that if you wear a tie and boot you have became richer, still your one among working class only difference it would be white collar r blue collar. Think If I am correct spread it with your fellow friends. Our young generation lost our taught about past and future,we live at present happiness.try to change system.........."WORKERS OF ALL LAND UNIT!"

Determining Direction And Time: "Star Method"

Less than 60 of about 5,000 stars visible to the eye are used by navigators. The stars seen as we look up at the sky at night are not evenly scattered across the whole sky. Instead they are in groups called constellations.

(1) The constellations that we see depends partly on where we are located on the earth, the time of the year, and the time of the night. The night changes with the seasons because of the journey of the earth around the sun, and it also changes from hour to hour because the turning of the earth makes some constellations seem to travel in a circle. But there is one star that is in almost exactly the same place in the sky all night long every night. It is the North Star, also known as the Polar Star or Polaris.

(a) The North Star is less than 1 degree off true north and does not move from its place because the axis of the earth is pointed toward it. The North Star is in the group of stars called the Little Dipper. It is the last star in the handle of the dipper. There are two stars in the Big Dipper, which are a big help when trying to find the North Star. They are called the Pointers, and an imaginary line drawn through them five times their distance points to the North Star.

(b) Many stars are brighter than the North Star, but none is more important because of its location. However, the North Star can only be seen in the northern hemisphere so it cannot serve as a guide south of the equator. The farther one goes north, the higher the North Star is in the sky, and above latitude 70 degrees, it is too high in the sky to be useful.

(2) Depending on the star selected for navigation, azimuth checks are necessary. A star near the north horizon serves for about half an hour. When moving south, azimuth checks should be made every 15 minutes. When traveling east or west, the difficulty of staying on azimuth is caused more by the likelihood of the star climbing too high in the sky or losing itself behind the western horizon than it is by the star changing direction angle. When this happens, it is necessary to change to another guide star. The Southern Cross is the main constellation used as a guide south of the equator, and the general directions for using north and south stars are reversed. When navigating using the stars as guides, the user must know the different constellation shapes and their locations throughout the world.
